Class SeasonDefinition

Serializable description of a calendar season. The Time subsystem consumes Name, ShortName, and the season index referenced by SeasonIndex; StartDayOffsetWithinFirstMonth determines the day-of-month boundary at which the season actually begins (used by ResolveSeasonIndex(int, int, CalendarDefinition)).

Remarks

Sky / Weather / Lighting fields are deliberately NOT modeled here. Earlier drafts carried TemperatureMultiplier, DaylightFraction, and AmbientColorTint directly on this type. Those concerns belong to the planned Scylla Weather module: it will define a separate SeasonEnvironmentProfile (or similar) ScriptableObject that REFERENCES a CalendarDefinition + season index and supplies its own per-season environment data. Keeping SeasonDefinition calendar-only avoids leaking weather concerns into the Core time subsystem and lets the Weather module evolve those fields (latitude, humidity, precipitation, gradient ramps, etc.) without touching this type.

StartDayOffsetWithinFirstMonth

Number of days into the first month referencing this season before the season actually begins. The first month is the lowest-index entry in Months whose SeasonIndex equals this season's index. A value of 0 means the season starts on day 1 of that month; a value of 19 on a 31-day March means the season starts on March 20 (Earth astronomical Spring). Designers picking offsets larger than the first month's day count produce a clamped start date at the last day of that month; longer offsets that span into the next month are not supported in this version.
