Interface IEraConditionProvider
Reserved extension point for world-state-driven calendar eras (deferred feature). A future implementation will allow eras to begin or end based on world-state predicates (Dwarf Fortress style: "Age of Myth ends when megabeast count drops below 5"), supplementing the simple year-range-based era detection that ships in Phase 2.

Syntax

Until a concrete implementation ships, the era resolver in
ResolveEraIndex(int, CalendarDefinition) simply uses the year-range fields
on EraDefinition. When this interface is implemented, the resolver
will check it first and fall back to the year range only if the provider returns
false.
No implementations of this interface exist in the current codebase; the contract
is reserved so that EraDefinition can carry a typed reference field that
degrades to no-op behavior until a future module supplies a real provider.
